We can only accept returns on unused, unopened items that are returned within 30 days. If for some reason you wish to return a NEW item, we will issue you a store credit for the purchase price of the item minus any shipping charges. Please contact us for the shipping address. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to Barkaholics. Once we receive the item we will issue the credit. You may then use the store credit to place a new order.
